All this God stuff – the arguing, the debating, the laws that must, and the laws that might not, and the laws that don’t count (if no one is watching) – is “odd”.

Those who believe don’t agree AND those who don’t believe don’t agree.  Those who follow follow in different ways AND those who followed but don’t any longer don’t in different ways as well.  It makes for a melting pot of opinion AND bias AND prejudice AND assumption AND “false gods” AND “false science”.

All this energy for a supernatural being some say can be seen AND some say cannot –  some say is real AND some say is fiction – some say must be AND some say cannot be (but then even the state borrows this supernatural being for its own purposes) …

I say: “No smoke without fire.”

I have sometimes seen nothing AND felt nothing BUT smelled something.   A smell of hot plastic – a smell of singeing – a scent AND the addition of intuition that invites action – of using every sense I have – including “commonsense”.  That “sense” we only acquire (sometimes) through living using “all our senses”.  I have more than one sense.  I think I might even have commonsense: “sense+”.

“When the Pharisees heard that he had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered together, and one of them, a lawyer, asked him a question to test him. “Teacher, which commandment in the law is the greatest?” He said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the greatest and first commandment. And a second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbour as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.“” Matthew 22:34-40

“Sense+” … ?

Speaking in tongues is, for me, not a weird “godly language”. Speaking in tongues is not a biblical mystery.  Speaking in tongues, for me, is writing about love in all AND everything (and finding others cannot and will not).  Is reading the bible AND finding Jesus as the essence of something life-changing (and finding others cannot and will not).  Is seeing those who believe AND those who do not BOTH unite (in the language of law).  Is seeing those who believe in God AND no God use less than the senses we all have.  Is hearing those who say (in my limited experience) “love is NOT enough” to be mostly those who consider themselves “intelligent” … “leaders” … “influencers” … protectors” of something (up to and including “humanity”) … is seeing a need for something more than love.

And love doesn’t need.  For me it is that simple.  That is why I still write.

That is why GSHJ.  That is who God Soft Hands Jesus.  And for some it is a language they will not AND cannot understand.  Guess what?  I never used to speak this language either – I could not AND would not – I needed more.

And now I don’t.
