Your post made me think of that song God of the Hills and Valley. So Googled the verse.
“The man of God came up and told the king of Israel, “This is what the LORD says: ‘Because the Arameans think the LORD is a god of the hills and not a god of the valleys, I will deliver this vast army into your hands, and you will know that I am the LORD.'”
So the way I understand it. The Arameans believed God was only with the people on the Hills and decided he could attack the people in the valley because God wasn’t with them. But God fought and worked through the people in the valley just the same.
Then the “is moment” and your post. Recognizing He is the same God to all His people working through and for us no matter who or where we are on our journey. And I love that!
