Filled with hope

You could tell me why how and when.  You could explain the this that and the other.  But when I stumbled across these daffodils on a freezing February morning –

I was stopped in my tracks by the moment the beauty and the awe.  And that something as simple, something as expected, something as tiny could do that …

Fills me with hope.  Fills me with love.  Fills me with something bigger than logic and science and facts.

These fledgling buds connect me to something bigger.

Have a lovely day.

Paul
